Kyle Meadows is a native of California. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, he stacked a multi-faceted athletic career: competing on the international track & field circuit, playing in the National Football League, and representing the US World Cup Bobsled Team.
Along the way Kyle trained with some of the most elite performance coaches in the world — an apprenticeship that shaped his expertise in human performance, with a sharp emphasis on biomechanics and speed development. The result: a precision-based coaching method built on technical mastery, functional strength, and movement efficiency — built to make athletes faster and more durable.
